The Owl Ditch Ranch residence, designed by Carney Logan Burke Architects and constructed by Peak Builders, was featured in issue 5 of Range magazine, 2017.

The place they rented was built by John Jennings of Peak Builders, the same company that constructed the home they had unsuccessfully tried to purchase. After several months of renting, Jim and Debbie knew they wanted John to build a custom-designed home for them.

John Jennings of Peak Builders has built not one but two homes for Phil Stevenson. The first Phil and his wife Betsy bought in Indian Trails and had John, the original builder, renovate. When a fire claimed their beloved house, they turned to John and once again, he impressed them as a person and a craftsman.

Gagliardi’s wife, Anna Butler, before she teamed up with Steve Dynia Architects, and contractors John Jennings and Fritz Wieters of Peak Builders Inc. carried out the construction, sometimes staying until 2 a.m. to finish a day’s project.  

John Jennings, owner and president of Peak Builders, who specializes in custom building, said that high-end resort towns recover more rapidly than other places. He predicted an even bigger 2014.
